ORGANIC COTTON
原綿
土づくりから出荷するまでを一貫してオーガニックの基準に沿い、3年以上農薬や化学肥料を使わないで栽培された農地で育てられた綿花をオーガニックコットンといいます。また、栽培する人たちの安全や労働環境にも配慮し製造され、トレーサビリティも確保されています。オーガニックは人や環境のすべてが健全、かつ持続可能であることを指します。
LĀLEROBEの製品で使用しているオーガニックコットンはアメリカの広大なオーガニック農園から誕生した、シーアイランドコットンをルーツにもつアルティメイトピマ®という高級綿です。非常に長い繊維で光沢がありしっとりとしたふくらみが特徴の超長綿で、まさに”究極”の名を冠するに相応しいオーガニックコットンです。
Organic cotton means cotton grown on farmland that has been cultivated without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers for more than 3 years since soil preparation to shipping accordingly organic regulation. In addition to this, it considers the safety of the cultivators and the working environment under manufacturing, furthemore, ensures traceability. Organic products is healthy and sustainable. The high-grade organic cotton used in LĀLEROBE's products is Ultimate Pima® born from a vast organic farm in the United States which has roots in Sea Island cotton. It is a super long cotton with shiny and moist bulge and it deserves to be named "ultimate".

古くから繊維産業が盛んな大阪の泉州地域に大正紡績の工場はあります。
ここで大正紡績が契約栽培で育てた優れた繊維長と繊維強力を持つアルティメイトピマ®が糸へと紡がれます。
一つ一つの工程を丁寧に施すことでプレミアムな原綿から生まれた100番手の糸が完成します。番手とは糸の太さを表す単位であり、数字が大きくなるほど糸は細くなり、非常に細い100番手はいわゆる高級番手と呼ばれます。
LĀLEROBEの着心地は、強さと繊細さを両立した糸から生まれています。
TAISHOBOSEKI is at the Senshu area in Osaka, where the textile industry has been thriving since ancient times. Here, Ultimate Pima® which has excellent strength, and long fiber which grown by TAISHOBOSEKI under contract cultivation are spun into threads. The 100 thread count is born from premium raw cotton by carefully performing each process.
Thread Count is a unit that expresses the thickness of the thread, and the higher the number, the thinner the thread, the softer the cotton. The thinnest 100 thread count is called high-grade count.

染色 / 織布
上品な光沢感と肌触りが印象的なLĀLEROBEの生地は、繊維産地の兵庫県西脇市の工場で生まれたシャンブレー生地です。
100番手の細い糸を2本撚り合わせた双糸で折り込むことで、きめ細かい編地で着心地がよく、強度も増した生地が出来上がります。
光の当たる角度によって光沢が変化し、独特の霜降り感も合わさって意匠性を高めています。薄地で軽く、丈夫で通気性にも優れており、美しいくつろぎを求めたラウンジウェアに最適な生地と言えます。
LĀLEROBE's wonderful textile with an elegant luster and luxurious touch, is a chambray fabric born at a factory in Nishiwaki City, Hyōgo Prefecture. By folding two sets of 100th count threads, a comfortable and fine textile is produced. The luster changes depending on the angle of light and they have an unique marbling pattern. Our textile is thin and lightweighted, but durable and it is also breathable features which makes it perfect for loungewear.

1本の糸を上質に織り込むことで生まれた生地を用いて、大阪府と長野県にある縫製工場によって日本の優れた縫製技術を施すことで完成するラウンジウェア。
縫製技術の高さはディテールに現れます。裁断の仕方、縫い目の均一さや細かさなど、細部へのこだわりが仕上がりの美しさにつながり、一着一着にメイドインジャパンの品質が込められています。
